WTB New Vision, Inc. team of professionals provides the following services to children and adolescents who are emotionally disturbed and/or have mental illness:

Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments
Community Support Services
Level III Residential Services

Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments

This assessment is performed in accordance with DHHS service definitions. The assessment is performed by two licensed clinicians; one being a MD, NP, PA, DO or licensed PhD Psychologist. This service is available as a Baisc benefit to all NC Medicaid recipients regardless of where they receive Enhance Benefits.

 Community Support Services (Adults and Children)
This service is provided in acccordance with DHHS services definitions as an Enhanced Benefit for Medical recipients. The services of linking, arranging, coordinating and monitoring services are combined with direct therapeutic interventions to assist clients in accessing community resources and integrating appropriately in the community. Fees for this service are billed directly to Medicaid and are authorized through Value Options.

 Other Diagnostic Assessments

Mental Health Assessments
 This assessment is performed by a licensed Mental Health Clinician. The assessment is a Multi-Axial assessment yielding Mental Health diagnoses as defined in the DSM-IV.

Substance Abuse Assessments
This assessment is performed by a licensed Substance Abuse professional. The results yield an Axis I Substance Abuse diagnosis (es). Recommendations for services are made using ASAM Placement Criteria.

Developmental Disabilities Assessments
 This assessment is provided by clinicians licensed to perform the NC-SNAP Assessment. Documentation of the consumer's IQ and Adaptive Behavior are used to make recommendations for services. ervices

Services for additional diagnostic assessments are available to all clients and may be billed to Medicaid, other sources, or self-pay.
